Meet Stephen Anton, PhD

I’ve had the privilege of studying the fields of obesity, metabolism, and aging for the past 20 years and during this time I’ve made several discoveries that have greatly improved my health and quality of life, as well as the health of my family and friends.

I’ve published many scientific articles on topics related to healthy lifestyle, metabolism, and aging but have felt frustrated that this important information was not reaching most people and therefore was not having the impact it should.

For these reasons, I’ve felt an increasing desire to share what I’ve learned with as many people as possible during the past few years.

I know that what I have to share can benefit your life and is backed by a solid scientific foundation.

The best way to stay informed is by signing up for my newsletter. I share up-to-date information related to healthy lifestyle on a weekly basis.
